Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We have several homes that we own and manage for vacation rentals. We do NOT allow smoking in our units. You won't find old smoke smell residue in our units and you won't find ugly old carpet. All our floors are hardscape so you know the place is clean!
