Oversized balcony in this upstairs unit to relax after enjoying all the hiking, biking, horseback riding, etc, that you can fill your day with. Comfortable balcony and newly remodeled unit. Both bedrooms have king beds. High ceilings. Very private. Fresh linens. This is an upstairs unit above another. Great kitchen. Located in the Town of Cave Creek, approximately 3 miles south of the old Main Street where the word eclectic got its name. Cowboys, Bikers and Artists all dine at some of the best coffee/wine bars, restaurants and shop at all the fun novelty shops. Great area to buy anything from furniture to western wear. You can watch a real rodeo with real cowboys or hang out with the metal horse riders and a couple of the local bars. Artist studios line the street. Great restaurants in both the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. Some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails you will ever experience. This unit sits above another but it doesn't side on anything. The neighborhood is across the street from commercial so walking for food, groceries and restaurants is easy. The building sides two interior streets. The other neighbor has an artists studio and there are horses down the street in both directions. Definately eclectic Cave Creek! There are NO Parties and NO Events allowed and positively NO SMOKING of any kind.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
